Send your mop spec

Commercial microfibre mop refills, sourced and checked in Ningbo.

For cleaning-supply distributors, contract cleaners and institutional hygiene suppliers in Australia and New Zealand. Loop-end round mop heads and flat mop pads, matched to the frames and handles your customers already use.

We are a sourcing and quality coordinator, not a factory.

Based in Ningbo

Within a day’s drive of the Zhejiang mop and microfibre makers. Factories and samples are visited in person.

Commercial channel only

Distributors, contract cleaners and institutional suppliers in Australia and New Zealand. No retail, no marketplace.

Sample before order

You fit and wash a recorded sample on your own equipment before any production is booked.

Checked before shipping

Each lot is measured against the approved sample, with photos, before it leaves China.

Mop refills rarely fail on price. They fail on a few millimetres and a few grams.

See how samples and lots are checked

Six steps from your sample to a reorder. Each one leaves a record you can check.

  1. 01

Send your current spec or a sample

Dimensions, weight, attachment type and a few photos of the mop you use today. A physical sample is better still.

  2. 02

    Compare manufacturing options

We brief more than one manufacturer against the same spec, so quotes can be compared line by line rather than on price alone.

  3. 03

    Record the sample

Each sample is measured and photographed: size, dry weight, socket or backing, stitching, colour. You receive the record with the sample.

  4. 04

    You run the compatibility test

You fit the sample to your own frames and handles and wash it the way your customers do. Your result is the one that counts.

  5. 05

    Trial order, inspected before shipping

Production is checked against the approved sample before it leaves China, with photos and a measurement log for the lot.

  6. 06

    Reorder from the record

The approved sample, spec sheet and inspection log stay on file, so a reorder is made to the same standard as the first lot.

Keep your current supplier. Try us as the backup first.

Trial order details

A backup, not a switch

Most distributors start by covering one line they struggle to keep in stock. Nothing about your current supply has to change.

A four-colour sample set

Red, yellow, blue and green in your chosen weight or length, each with its measurement record.

Neutral packaging

Unbranded bags and cartons, or your own label once the sample is approved. Your customers see your range, not ours.

Colour coding, done the way your customers already work.

Every refill can be supplied in the four colours used across most Australian and New Zealand cleaning programmes.

Read the colour-coding guide

Toilets, urinals and the floor around them

Highest-risk areas. Red never leaves the washroom.

A common scheme in Australian and New Zealand commercial cleaning, not a single national standard. Healthcare and food businesses follow their own state or site policy — match your customer’s chart.

Who you work with. A small Ningbo practice with a narrow job.
